Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Amelia Bellrose Jewellery, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please Note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. All return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges if an item does not meet your expectations or you require a different size or style.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Items must be unworn, unused, and suitable for resale
• All original packaging and tags must be included
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery


How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to exchange
• The replacement size or style
• The reason for your exchange
• Your full name and delivery address

We will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.


Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team before sending any item
  2. Do not return items without prior approval
  3. Package the item securely with original packaging
  4. Send the item using a tracked delivery service
  5. Once received, we will process your exchange within 7–10 working days
  6. Your replacement will be dispatched after the returned item has been approved

You remain responsible for the item until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the issue
• We will arrange a replacement or refund
• Return shipping costs will be covered for verified faults


Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item for a refund:

  1. Contact us first at Support@ameliabellrose.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending the item
  4. Securely package the product in original condition
  5. Send the item using a tracked delivery service

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised or custom-made jewellery
• Items with hygiene seals that have been opened
• Earrings that have been worn or tried on
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items returned without approval


Delivery and Return Timing

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–15 working days. Please consider this when requesting returns or exchanges to ensure you remain within the allowed return window.


Important Information

• Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions
• Excessive or repeated returns may be monitored
