All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

• Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually processed within 1 working day
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery is 8–12 working days after dispatch.

Total Delivery Time:
Approximately 9–15 working days from the date of order.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Issues

Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
